Hi, I’m Jade.

This is the first post on my personal website, so I thought it would be a good place to explain why I built it.

I work in international sales, mainly helping overseas customers with forklift sourcing, quotations, and export communication. In daily work, I often send product information, catalogs, photos, specifications, and answers to customers from different countries.

At first, most communication happens through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or other social platforms. These tools are useful, but they are not always enough. Sometimes a customer wants to know more about who they are talking to. Sometimes a file is too large to send by email. Sometimes I want to share a clearer introduction, a useful article, or a product-related note without repeating the same explanation again and again.

That is why I decided to build this website.

This is not meant to be a big company website. It is a simple personal space where customers, partners, and friends can learn a little more about me, my work, and the things I care about. I want it to feel direct, clear, and easy to use.

Here, I plan to share several kinds of content.

Some posts will be related to forklifts, warehouse equipment, and export business. I may write about common customer questions, product selection, quotation details, shipping, documentation, and other practical topics.

Some posts will be more like stories from everyday work and life. They may be small notes, personal reflections, or moments from communication with customers and partners. Work is important, but real trust is not built only from product information. It also comes from clear communication, patience, responsibility, and small everyday details.

I hope this website can become a small bridge between me and the people I work with.
