Hi, I’m Jade.
I work at Hyder, a company based in Shanghai, China. We mainly work with forklifts, warehouse equipment, material handling machines, and related spare parts.
Hyder has been involved in international trade for many years. The company was officially established in 2010, and before that, the team already had experience in export business dating back to 2003. Over the years, Hyder has worked with customers from different countries and different kinds of businesses.
In my daily work, I often help customers with product selection, quotations, specifications, shipping details, documents, and follow-up communication. Some customers are looking for one machine for their own warehouse or factory. Some are dealers who need a stable supplier. Some are still comparing options and just want clear information before making a decision.
I think this is one of the most important parts of our work: making things clear.
Buying a forklift from overseas can feel complicated. There are models, capacities, mast options, engine types, batteries, attachments, spare parts, certificates, packing, shipping, and many other details. My job is to help customers understand these details step by step, instead of just sending a price and waiting for a reply.

This personal website is a little different from the company website. The Hyder website is mainly for products and company information. This website is more like my own communication space. I use it to introduce myself, share useful notes, provide files when needed, and make it easier for customers to contact me directly.
We are not trying to describe ourselves with big words. For me, what matters more is whether we can provide suitable products, respond clearly, and take care of the details before and after shipment.
