The purchase price is only one part of the total cost. Buyers should also consider battery replacement, wheels, bearings, hydraulic components, controllers, chargers, mast rollers, and other wear parts.
For overseas buyers, spare parts availability and technical support can have a major impact on equipment uptime. A slightly higher initial investment may be worthwhile if the supplier can provide better parts support and clearer technical documentation.

From my experience as a forklift supplier, I usually recommend customers provide the pallet size, maximum load, required lift height, rack layout, aisle width, working hours, and charging conditions before choosing an electric stacker.
If the application involves low to medium lifting heights and moderate daily use, a standard walkie stacker may be sufficient. For higher racks, heavier loads, intensive operation, or special pallets, mast design, residual capacity, battery system, and truck configuration become much more important than simply choosing the cheapest model.
